Northern Adelaide Senior College (NASC) welcomed representatives from the South Australia Police (SAPOL) this week, offering students valuable insights into potential career paths within law enforcement.
As part of the BUZZ Career presentations, SAPOL engaged with students, sharing experiences, and shedding light on the diverse opportunities within the police force.
During the interactive sessions, SAPOL officers discussed various career options, emphasising the skills, qualifications, and personal attributes essential for a successful career in law enforcement.
Students had the chance to ask questions, learn about different roles within SAPOL, and gain a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of police officers.
“These presentations provide our students with real-world perspectives and help them make informed decisions about their future careers,” says Andrea Williams, VET and SACE Coordinator at NASC.
“It’s invaluable to have professionals from SAPOL share their expertise and experiences with our students.”
The BUZZ Career presentations continue to be a vital part of NASC’s commitment to providing students with comprehensive insights into diverse career opportunities, wellbeing and post-school pathway options.
